🐖Aussieberk's Berkshire black pigs are purebred pigs and have won the Stud Gold Award. They also hold a purebred certification ID card issued by the Australian Pig Association. 🐖They are raised on Monomeith Warrrook Farm in Melbourne, and are fed with natural grains, fruits, and macadamia nuts. The meat is rich in flavor, tender and juicy. 🐷Aussieberk's Berkshire is willing to feed nuts and only kills sows! Part introduction: The thick fat layer on the abdomen of the black pig is pure white and oily. There is no odor after boiling the oil. It is an excellent raw material for traditional lard. Cooking method: Cut into pieces and dry-fry to extract the oil. After filtering the residue, you will get snow-white lard, which is fragrant when cooking, mixing noodles or making puff pastry; the oil residue can be sprinkled with salt and eaten directly.
