🐖Aussieberk's Berkshire Iberico pigs are purebred, Stud Gold Award winners, and hold a certified purebred ID card issued by the Australian Pig Association. 🐖Raised free-range on Monomeith Warrrook Farm in Melbourne, they are fed a diet of natural grains, fruits, and macadamia nuts, resulting in a rich, tender, and juicy meat. 🐷Aussieberk's Berkshire pigs are generous with their nuts and only slaughter sows! Parts: Small pieces of lean meat located on either side of the pig's heart, lightly coated with fat, with delicate fibers and a crisp, juicy texture. Instructions: Best stir-fried (e.g., Stir-fried Heart Pork with Garlic Shoots or Heart Pork with Spicy Peppers). Thinly slice, add oil, and stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds to maintain a crisp, tender texture.
