Cut: Specially selected tender meat from the junction of the belly ribs and front shoulder of the premium Berkshire Black Pig, with natural marbling, ensuring every bite of the soup dumpling is tender, juicy, and purely flavorful.
Preparation: Steam over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes after the water boils. Serve with Zhejiang vinegar and shredded ginger to experience the classic Shanghainese tradition of "first open a window, then drink the soup."
